Open to All Ages & Skill Levels: Whether you're a beginner learning to skate or an experienced player honing your shot, Stick & Puck provides a valuable opportunity to practice in a relaxed, non-competitive environment.

- Location: Ken Hampian Rink, Santa Rosa Park, San Luis Obispo
Additional Information:
- No registration required: Just show up and check in with a coach when you arrive.
- Stick & Puck is a great way to improve your skating, shooting, passing, stickhandling, and overall hockey sense.
- Participants must follow all rink rules and code of conduct.
- Please respect fellow players and coaches at all times.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Free-form practice: Skate at your own pace, work on individual skills, or join in impromptu drills and scrimmages.
- Experienced supervision: Our knowledgeable coaches will be on the rink to offer guidance and support.
- Full gear required: Helmets, gloves, girdle, shin pads, and elbow pads are mandatory.
- AAU insurance membership: A current AAU membership is required for participation. More details are here.
